TOMATEX Otrokovice, a.s. was founded 28 years ago, building on the tradition of textile and leather production in Otrokovice and Zlín. The company’s revenues reach almost 600 million CZK. Its products are assembled into vehicles of prestigious brands, especially AUDI, Land Rover and Rolls Royce.
The buyer is the group CIDEM Hranice, which aims to further expand the company’s business activities into alternative fields in cooperation with its current management. The parties did not disclose the value of the transaction.
