PEYTON legal has provided comprehensive legal services to the seller in the sale of a large industrial real estate complex near Prague to a major Czech investment company with a European presence.
The transaction took place at the end of 2021 in the form of a share deal and the PEYTON legal team assisted the seller not only in the due diligence process and negotiation of the transaction documentation, but also in the legal matters of the operation of the site, tenant relations, environmental issues and conceptual management of the transaction with regard to the specifics of the site, including close cooperation with real estate advisors from KNIGHT FRANK.
