PEYTON legal represented the previous owner, the Vendeavour holding, in the process of sale of the Czech food company GASTRO – MENU EXPRESS a.s. to the ORIENS group.
GASTRO-MENU EXPRESS is a company operating for more than 25 years on the Czech market in the production, wholesale and retail sale of food products with focus on the deli segment: salads, spreads, fish delicacies and other fresh specialities.
ORIENS is an industrial holding operating in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Germany. Oriens acquires companies with the aspiration to keep and develop them in the long term.
PEYTON legal provided full legal service to the seller consisting in the negotiation of the transaction documentation as well as handling all related legal issues.
