DEAL DONE – ELEKTRO-FA.PAVELEK
PEYTON legal represented the previous shareholders in the process of the sale of the Czech company ELEKTRO-FA.PAVELEK, s.r.o., which specializes in electric installations and communication systems.
ELEKTRO-FA.PAVELEK, s.r.o. is a company with more than 30 years of history, which designs and supplies complex electric installations, including production of its own switchboards. It also offers installation and authorised service of Swedish heat pumps and develops and produces communication and access systems under the CZECHPHONE brand. The new owner of the company is the SOLIDSUN group, a major Czech supplier of photovoltaic systems, for which the acquisition brings new synergies to be employed in further growth.
PEYTON legal provided full legal service to the seller consisting in the negotiation of the transaction documentation as well as handling all related legal issues.
