DEAL DONE – AGROZET České Budějovice
PEYTON legal represented the previous owners in the sale of a majority stake in the company AGROZET České Budějovice, a.s to the Czech financial group GES Group. AGROZET is a major distributor of agricultural, forest and garden machinery, which has been active on the market for 60 years now and is running 14 branches over the Czech Republic.
The transaction was signed at the beginning of March and successfully closed last week. PEYTON legal provided complete legal service to the sellers, which entailed the negotiation of the transaction documents as well as dealing with all related legal issues, including the contractual setup for further cooperation of some of the sellers with the company.
