DEAL DONE – RETAIL PARK KYJOV
PEYTON legal represented SPILBERK Investment Fund in the acquisition of Retail Park Kyjov I.
Retail Park Kyjov I owns and operates a retail park in Kyjov, whose tenants include major Czech retail companies.
SPILBERK Investment Fund SICAV is a Czech qualified investor fund which has strengthened its retail park portfolio with this acquisition. Other important portfolios of this fund include property development, rental housing and energy.
PEYTON legal provided the buyer with a full legal service and services consisting of negotiating the transaction documentation and resolving all related legal issues regarding the acquisition, including advising and negotiating with the bank regarding the refinancing of the existing loan.
