DEAL DONE – DB TRUST
PEYTON legal represented our client SPL from SAFICHEM GROUP in the acquisition of DB TRUST.
DB TRUST operates in the energy sector and owns and operates a photovoltaic power plant in the village of Poustka near Františkovy Lázně.
PEYTON legal provided the buyer with full legal services and services consisting in negotiating the transaction documentation and resolving all related legal issues regarding the acquisition, including the assumption of financing.
The transaction was executed by a PEYTON legal team led by partner Tadeáš Petr together with senior attorney Martin Heinzel and junior lawyer Eliška Vítková.
