PEYTON legal represented the founder of Viking CNC Prague a.s. Jan Sørensen in the partial divestment his majority stake in the company to foreign investors represented.
Viking CNC Prague a.s. is a design, production and manufacturing company specializing in CNC grinding solutions, focusing on production optimization, automation and mechanical design with over 30 years’ experience – roughly 120 CNC instillations – in over 15 different countries.
PEYTON legal provided complete legal service to the seller, which entailed the negotiation of the transaction documents as well as dealing with all related legal issues, including the contractual setup for further cooperation of the shareholders of the company.
