Ondrej Ruzicka joined our law firm in 2023. He is an attorney at law focusing on real estate law, insolvency law, as well as commercial and civil law with an emphasis on the contractual agenda.
Ondrej has gained his experience during several years of practice in major Czech and foreign law firms, during which he provided comprehensive legal services to both local and foreign clients, especially in the field of real estate transactions, development, and related legal issues, including general legal support for investors as well as provision of following legal services needed for management of finished projects.
Regarding insolvency law, Ondrej gained his experience not only as legal support to a special insolvency administrator, but also by representing leading banking entities in insolvency proceedings of major industrial companies.
He is also experienced in litigation, not only in insolvency related proceedings, but also in general civil litigation.
Ondrej’s interests include travelling, hiking, diving and board games.
