PEYTON legal represented Jinej fond in an investment into TasteTown.
TasteTown is a fast growing mobile app that offers its users unlimited access to exclusive restaurant deals.
Jinej fond is a joint project of Jan Sláma and Jiří Hlavenka focused on investing in innovative companies, projects and startups in their early stages.
PEYTON legal provided the investor and founders with a comlete legal service, from the preparation of the ivestment documentation, through setting up the investor-founder relations, to the handling of all related legal aspects.
The transaction was led by Jakub Málek, managing partner of PEYTON legal, together with senior attorney Martin Heinzel and junior lawyer Nikola Tomíčková.
