After a long wait, the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate approved the expected so-called flexible amendment to the Labour Code and related regulations (flexinovela), which brings a number of important changes in the field of labour relations.
As the flexinovela will probably come into effect on 1 June 2025 and applies to virtually all employers, it is eligible to take a closer look at the changes and start implementing them in your employment processes.
