DEAL DONE – RETAIL PARK LANŠKROUN
For a second time this year, PEYTON legal represented the SPILBERK investment fund, this time in relation to the acquisition of Retail Park Lanškroun s.r.o.
The company owns and runs a retail park in Lanškroun, whose tenants include major Czech retail companies.
SPILBERK Investment Fund SICAV is a Czech qualified investor fund which strengthened its retail park portfolio with this acquisition (following the previous acquisition of Retail Park in Kyjov in the summer of this year).
The fund’s other major portfolios include real estate development, rental housing and energy.
PEYTON legal provided the acquirer with full legal services consisting in negotiating the transaction documentation and resolving all related legal issues regarding the acquisition, including advising and negotiating with the bank on the refinancing of the existing loan.
The transaction was executed by the PEYTON legal team led by partner Tadeáš Petr together with senior associate Martin Heinzel.
