PEYTON legal represented the existing shareholders of the Czech company Aloe reality s.r.o. in the sale of this company.
Aloe reality owns a significant building in Prague, which is currently used for administrative purposes.
PEYTON legal provided the sellers with a complete legal service consisting of negotiating the transaction documentation and dealing with all related legal issues.
