PEYTON legal represented the previous owners in the sale of a majority stake in the company ZEOS-L, s.r.o. to the Czech financial group GES GROUP.
ZEOS-L is an agricultural company operating both plant and animal based production, which has been active on the market for almost 30 years.
PEYTON legal provided complete legal service to the sellers, which entailed the negotiation of the transaction documents as well as dealing with all related legal issues, including the contractual setup for further cooperation of some of the sellers with the company.
