DEAL DONE – TANY
PEYTON legal represented the ADAX private equity fund (ADAX Private Equity Fund SICAV a.s.) again in its second strategic acquisition, which was the company TANY, spol. s r.o.
TANY is one of the major producers of processed cheese in the Czech republic; apart from its own brands (such as the “Delicato” product line) it also manufactures a wide assortment of products for domestic supermarket chains as well as for certain foreign customers.
PEYTON legal provided complete legal service to the purchaser, which entailed the negotiation of the transaction documents as well as dealing with all other related legal issues.
